Safe handling of high-voltage (HV) systems is essential for workshops, vehicle developers, and anyone working with electric vehicles. KJ Tech provides hands-on HV training that combines in-depth theoretical knowledge with practical experience – from Electrically Instructed Person (EIP) level through to Level 3E.
Our training programmes deliver safety, competence, and regulatory compliance at every qualification stage. They address varying levels of prior knowledge, stringent safety requirements, and the continuous evolution of technologies and standards.
With individually tailored courses – delivered on-site or virtually – KJ Tech supports professionals in meeting current OEM requirements and mastering the challenges of high-voltage technology with confidence.
KJ Tech conducts practical training sessions either at your premises or in our training facilities – right where the knowledge is most relevant. Our experienced HV specialists combine theory with practical exercises using your own vehicles or components.
Flexible scheduling and tailored content ensure that the training integrates seamlessly into your daily operations. Your teams receive exactly the qualification they need – highly relevant, directly applicable, and aligned with real-world requirements.
Our virtual training courses provide flexible learning opportunities, independent of location or time. Delivered via modern digital platforms, they include interactive sessions with practical relevance, discussions, and knowledge checks.
Even without being on site, the practical element remains strong thanks to live demonstrations, video analysis, and interactive tools. The result is a certified, effective training experience – accessible worldwide, at anytime, and fully secure.
The EUP Training provides the fundamental knowledge required to work safely with electrical systems and equipment. Participants learn how to identify electrical hazards, assess risks, and apply the necessary protective measures.
This course forms the foundation for advanced HV qualifications and is a legal requirement for anyone working near or with high-voltage technology. Upon successful completion, participants receive an officially recognised certificate.
Level E and 1E Training is designed for professionals who operate, inspect, or maintain electric vehicles. The course covers system design, functionality, and the key safety requirements of HV systems.
Through hands-on exercises, participants gain practical confidence in handling HV vehicles while meeting all legal occupational safety requirements. A certificate is issued upon successful completion.
The Level 2E Training is aimed at professionals who repair or modify de-energised HV systems. The course provides in-depth technical understanding, cross-system knowledge, and specific safety procedures
Participants complete practical exercises on real vehicles, learning how to work confidently with complex HV systems. A certificate is issues upon successful completion, qualifying them to work on de-energised HV systems.
The Entry A, B, and C Training programmes offer tailored qualifications for different levels of work on HV systems, adapted to each participant’s role and previous experience.
The content is customised to target group and customer requirements, ensuring legally compliant, standards-based knowledge. Participants receive certification appropriate to their level and current regulations.
The Level 3E Training represents the highest qualification level in high-voltage technology. It enables professionals to safely carry out work on live HV systems, including diagnostics, fault analysis, and repair.
Participants train under the strictest safety conditions, working through realistic scenarios and complex problem-solving tasks. Upon successful completion, they are certified as HV experts qualified to work on live systems.
