Marking milestones with meaningful community impact

During August and September, Intertek Thailand marked 40 years of operation with a 40-day step challenge incentivised by a charitable donation to the country’s Prostheses Foundation in the name of Her Royal Highness Princess Srinagarindra Boromarajonani.
The challenge, blending health awareness and community care, saw more than 350 employees from across our business lines contribute to a collective goal of 40 million steps in 40 days. The team brought high energy to hit the target in just 23 days, reaching an incredible 70 million steps by the end of the challenge.
Having exceeded our goal, we presented our donation to the Prostheses Foundation to help advance its mission of restoring mobility and enhancing societal inclusion for underprivileged people with disabilities. The Foundation also provides employment opportunities for prosthesis recipients and partners with vocational schools to train future prosthesis technicians.
After four decades of growth, innovation and service to customers and communities, this initiative represents the commitment, collaboration and care that Intertek Thailand will continue to deliver moving forward.
