In Sweden, the team at our office in Kista closed 2025 by launching a study support and mentorship programme for local young people.

The initiative, one of several our Swedish team is running to support the United Nations’ Quality Education goal, is taking place in collaboration with the City of Stockholm’s House of Future. House of Future runs community hubs in Kista, just north of Stockholm, and the surrounding area for teenagers aged 16 to 19, offering meaningful leisure activities, mentorship programmes, workshops and more.

At the programme’s launch in December, we welcomed a group of teenagers to the newest hub – our office – to meet our colleagues and learn more about their work, educational backgrounds and career paths. The initiative has since continued to include not just regular study support and mentorship but also help with Sweden’s university aptitude test and job searches.

The area around our Kista office faces a range of social challenges, including high unemployment and crime rates, low levels of social integration and many people with limited Swedish language skills. With this collaboration, our team is supporting and inspiring local young people to achieve their full potential and uplift their community.
